Score Reporting Form

• Both teams must submit game scores.
• Score Discrepancies: The Home Team score will be used if the game scores do not match.
• Missing score reports Team coaches must email their game scores to the RCS Board. Please indicate Home/Visitor team status.
• Forfeits should be communicated to the RCS Board before game day or game time and cannot be reported via this form.
• Pick-Up Players and their RCS Team, if any, who played on your team must be reported on this form.
• Free Agents, if any, who played on your team must be reported on this form.
• A photo of line-up card(s) must be uploaded. The line-up card for the home team (official book) must include the score and be signed by both coaches.

Report Your Gameday Score(s)

Teams have four (4) days to report scores. Sunday-Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday. Game scores are due by 9pm on Wednesday.
