Player Registration

Players

All players must submit a Player Registration before being added to a team’s roster. This includes returning players, new players, and free agents. (Registering for Skills Day does not count as Player Registration.)

Registration Dates

March 3 – Player Registration Opens
March 31 – Player Registration and Payment Deadline
April 1 – Player Late Registration begins

Player Fees and Payments

  • Player Fee: $70
  • Deadline: Player Fees are due no later than April 2.
  • PayPal: Credit Card (via PayPal) and PayPal payments are due upon submitting your Player Registration.
  • Venmo: @RainbowCitySoftball – include free agent and/or your team name in the transaction.
  • Checks: Make checks payable to Rainbow City Sports and mail to 4723 S. American Lake Blvd, Tacoma, WA 98049.
  • Cash: Payments must be arranged with the RCS Treasurer.

Player Subsidy

Rain(bow) City Softball is committed to increasing access to adult sports and do not want money to be a barrier. RCS offers a Subsidy program. New this season! Players can request a 50% or 100% subsidy on the Player Registration Form. For questions, more information, or application status contact treasurer@rainbowcitysoftball.org.
